Since last server move and forum upgrade which occurred over a week ago, it is only today that email functionality has been restored, and it should stay like that from now on. Email problems were plaguing this site since March of 2006, so for all those whose emails were seemingly ignored - they were not.

Also, it has come to my attention today that number of people could not register on this forum as image which contains letters and numbers and is used for security purposes during registration process was not showing. It looks like I have fixed this problem but next few days should provide more concrete evidence.

Also worth of note is that rest of the site should be restored by the end of next weekend.
