i know it may seem obvious but have you checked out www.newquay.co.uk - it's the official tourist info site - they have a diary of events etc.

The whole of Newquay gets dressed up in fancy dress (there is the odd weirdo in normal clothes) and hits the streets for the bells.

When I say the whole of Newquay, I mean the WHOLE of Newquay.
