Progress at Mount Maunganui Reef - Pics

Hi,

This looks like a different (more accurate?) method of construction to the Geotextile sand bags proposed at Newquay.

In fact looks really good and seems a lot cheaper at $1.15m (£452,000).

I just can't understand why Newquay's estimate is so high - even Boscome is only £800,000 for the whole project.
