Exclamation Reef Planners

To the planners of the proposed Newquay reef...

As you are probably aware the sea bed in which you propose to build a reef is still in Crown Estate ownership. You will have to consult them with your plans before anything can go ahead because it is not owned by the council.

Unofficially thou, of the small number of people in the marine estate department are looking forward to such a development and would be most helpful when it comes to sorting out the legals and leasing.
