Have to disagree there. Bikes do nothing for me. Was part of a scooter club a few years ago, but was only a passenger. Can think of much better things to get me excited. Artificial Reef for one!

harleys nice and all but what you REALLY want is a phat 4x4 or a groovy old aircooled vw. they have so much more style.. and you can have weeks of fun i a 4x4. plus you can make em how you want em. a harley is a harley. dunno how the vote thingy work but a best transport one would be cool. with all the popular ones. anyone?

Agreed a nice Toyota Pick up with Chrome Bull Bars and Chrome roll over cage in the pick up bit to stow the boards on would be nice.......if you lived by the sea of course!
(Unfortunately, I don't )

true true i fancied a pick up but they are to expensive on the ins. so i got me a convertible samurai so i can put boards etc over the roll bar also i can go dwn the beach with no roof or doors which is sooo much fun. i also got some 31" tyres in the shed to go on soon cant wait thy'll look phat and should help at off road comps.i also got me an old beetle which is in need of some love at the mo. and a garage. at the mo i have nearly half an achre to put it in offf the road. but moving to pompey in about 7 weeks, so nowhere to park it legally. so trying manicly to get that on road to.
also just sold my vitara which was prob one of the best 4x4's around i went through mud and water that was deeper then the car. ie went straight over the windscreen no u cant do that on a harley.

Somehow I reckon you'll turn some heads in the Samurai anyway with a couple of nice boards on top. Watch out ladies!

Artificial Reef
Alsone, I live on the Goldcoast Australia, I have to inform you that the reef at Narrowneck does not work ,many of the sand bags fell apart ,the waves were no bigger,so much so that when council Proposed a new Reef at Palm Beach thousands of surfers rallied against it .My cousin Mick Burt of Newquay has all the Press cuttings about Narrowneck and Palm Beach, so where did you get your facts from , you have been misinformed.
