getting to newquay from holland

hiya

just wondering what the best, quickest, cheapest way to newquay is from holland. fly to bristol and get the bus? or get a ferry from hoek van holland. ? anyone done it before? travel is gonna be without a car btw. and without a board, just pick one up there is the idea.
