hey guys

myself and my friend are planning to spend a week or long weekend in newquay in the summer

wen is the best time to go and to book and where is the best place to stay? ideally we would like to stay somewhere clean and in the centre of things

we are planning to party at night and lay on the beach all day and generally hav a nosey around newquay and sample the local culture... you know like food and stuff...

any suggestions would be greatly appreciated, i dont want to spend hours on the internet looking for somewhere to stay in case i miss out on the best place to go!

cheers guys
L

If you are looking to do it cheap then go for a hostel, relatively clean and not camping, which isn’t fun in rain.

If you go anywhere I would recommend somewhere like the Endless Summer Surf Lodge as they have twin rooms with en-suite and its new this year so will be clean. It is a hostel but with twin room, if you don’t want to share it could be a good option. Alternatively check out the web with hostels in newquay or surf lodges in newquay and see what you find.

Hi Lisa,

I'm from Donny too, so I know how much your mate will want to get away, this summer. I would have recommended the Safi Bunkhouse, ( www.mysafi.com ) but have heard on the grapevine, that it is either changing hands, or being pulled down. Try the web site tho, it might be a bit more informative.

Good luck
