share a house in Santa Theresa Costa Rica

Coming to Costa Rica this winter to surf and interested in sharing a house in Santa Theresa?

Me and two others are renting this house for a few months, (nov-april) and we are looking for three more housemates. The house has warm water, tv, telephone, big kitchen, living room and is in short walking distance of the ocean. The rent is 350$ a month pp. Staying in a hostel during high-season would at least cost you 12$ a night to share a room with four others and take cold showers.

If interested in long- or short-term-stay (the minimum is a month), drop me a line. Ciao

PLEASE PM me !!!

Just back from santa teresa, surf amazing and better in rainy season too! Just so consistent there, plus beach break in santa T holds 3X overhead i heard. Carmen holds to double which is biggest it really gets in dry season at least while i was there. Enjoy!
