Stag Do - 24th to 26th July - Any ideas where to stay?

As you can tell im trying to sort out my bro's stag do(there are 16 of us coming down from Leicester)......but think i have left it a bit late. Can anyone HELP....please!
i have rung most of the surf lodges, who only take bookings with a max 4days stay, or i there are many places that do not take single sex groups. But everywhere seems to be booked up as it is high season.
I would be grateful if any one can recommend some where, whether its a surf lodge, rented apartments, anything really....where they are willing to accept us
