To let: four-bed Newquay house

Four-bed house in quiet area of Newquay to let from early September. Unfurnished, or negotiably furnished. Cooker, fridge, washing machine included. Gas CH, double glazing, good gardens, plenty sheddage for boards. Superb views from elevated south-facing position. Five mins walk to centre of town, seven to Towan beach. Reasonable rent, plus bills. Pets and children welcome.
