Best place for drinking n partying?

Me and a couple of my friends (17) are going to newquay next year to stay in a tent or static caravan.

We can't choose which place to go though so I'd like some advice please guys.

We're between Rosecliston, Tregustick and Smugglers Haven.

Which is the best for meeting new people, partying, getting smashed etc.?

If there are better places please tell me.

I stayed at Tregustick this year with 14 mates. At night everyone was just drinking aroung the camp site and having a laugh, You need to wear wristbands all the time but they arnt too bad, They also have security guards who act all hard bt are right softies. You will need to get the bus in to town though which is £2 return or £1.10 single, but its only a 20 min walk to watergate bay

I would stay there again, its a very friendly place.
