Thought i'd try asking here as there seems to be some people more familiar with newquay than myself.

Planning to go and rent a static (8 berth) caravan around the beginning of August. Trevelgue where i've stayed a few times before say they only take family bookings nowadays and sunnyside is now a hotel!!

Smugglers bay is full, wondered if anyone knew what Hendra was like to stay at, we're a group of lads aged 23-25, want to be near fistral and the town centre.

Any help would be much appreciated dudes.

You could try Parkdean - www.parkdeanholidays.co.uk/newquay-holiday-park.htm

Parkdean are really just for family holidays but they do occasionally accept all-the-same-gender bookings at their own discretion. It's about 3 miles outside of Newquay, which is walking distance if you're very fond of a good walk, but there is a bus to the town centre.

As I say, it's normally for families so don't get your hopes up, but they have allowed it before. I hope you manage to find somewhere anyway.
