Fridge Help

Hi, Im coming down to Newquay at the beggining of July and Im considering my options to go camping. The issue I have is that I am a Diabetic and I need to store my insulin in a fridge...

are there any friendly campsites were somthing like this could be arranged... maybe a caravan with a fridge or somthing along those lines.

cheap BandB's with a mini fridge in the room ?

any feedback or past experiance would be greatly appreciated.

cheers guys.

hello
welcome to the forum, theres a few options really. Either get a caravan as sugested or get a campsite with a electric hook up and then buy a little fridge, this may be a bit of a pain if unless u want to camp in the future cus u will need to get the lead / sockets for the hookup from your local caravan shop and buy a little fridge although they are quite cheap. failling that a hotel.
Good luck

only trouble with that is it will kill a car battery in a night, could use this running off an inverter with the hook up though.

I didn't mean leave it on I meant get it cold on run down there and then run it up now and again.

Like you say most places have hook up these days and most sheds have fridges as do most B+B's in their rooms. Well the ones I stay at do. I'm sure if you phone places and explain they will bend over backwards to help.
