I bet this topic has been done to death...

Group of 10 are coming to Newquay this weekend coming and are between 21 and 26, not your average 16 year olds looking to get on the booze all night coz they're underage and think it's cool.. We want a quiet site thats close to town that takes groups. We'll have lots of bikes with us too, as we're hitting up the skateparks in the area as well..

Thanks in anticipation

I was about to reply "YEP" in regards to the post title but yours is a little different.

There aren't any sites as such close to town. There is one near Treloggan but I can never remember its bleeding name !!!

However most sites do have a bus service that runs by if they don't already provide their own shuttle service.

Use the forums search facility & if you can stand the 'chavvy' posts some do have a nugget or two of good info.

Cheers mate much appreciated. To be honest all of us work so will be happy to get a taxi to the town and back on the Saturday night. We'd be happy with a field with a tap to be honest, just somewhere to pitch our tents and chill out on the Friday, as it might be late by the time we arrive. Are there any campsites that are really basic and relaxed, just fields really!? We're not fussy, and a camp fire on a beach would be a bonus!
