Hi! I'm a 16-year-old from Wiltshire, and a group of my friends & I are hoping to take a week out this summer to celebrate the end of our GCSEs.

We're all keen on the idea of camping in Newquay for a few days, but aren't sure of any campsites that would trust a group (around 10, no more than 15) of teenagers, though we'd all make sure we wouldn't be a disturbance and would act maturely. We'd be looking for 3 or 4 pitches for the week, hopefully within walking distance of the beach - if not, with some form of public transport available as, obviously, we cannot drive ourselves!

Any suggestions for a suitable campsite would be much appreciated, thanks in advance (:

There is nothing in Newquay itself as its all located outside of the main town & beach areas. Some sites do shuttle buses into town in season or have a bus stop nearby.

A quick GOOGLE search typing in Newquay campsites will bring up a helpful list with website & contact details. So give them a call or email & see what they come back with.

If you also use the forums search facility, or read some of the older threads in this section you'll see where most under eighteens head anyway.
