If i were you, i would avoid Newquay.
You're better off going for a camping trip like that somewhere in West Wales like Newgale or Llangennith.

To be honest, I would prefer to stay in England. I think ur suggestion is just a bit too isolated.

Right, ive not read through all of the replies, but i can see that alot of you are planning on going to newquay after GCSES
i did this last year after i finished mine, and it was alot of hassle finding somewhere to stay. most caravan parks wont accept you if you are under 18 or in single sex groups.
Me and 2 friends stayed at a place and it was fantastic, the owners are the nicest people ever, and they accept 16 year olds, but only if a parent will ring them up saying they vouch for you, or give you permission.
(I wouldnt advise anyone to go away without telling your parents anyway, not a good way to show your responsible...)
This year I'm going again with about 12 friends, and we are hopefully staying at Tregustick holiday park, which accepts 16s and over, and mixed and same sex groups. It looks okay, but I guess i'll find out!
I'm not sure of any other parks which allow young groups, but there aren't very many
Also, for any of you that think you are going to go clubbing and drinking every night, you will be dissapointed. Newquay is very strict on age, and fake ID's wont work either, they are wise to everything. Tall Trees nightclub is about the only one that you can get into if your 16. Even if you look older, you almost always get asked for ID, so keep that in mind.
Hope I've helped in some way. Yay for past experience !!!
PM me if you want the website addresses for these places ...
