rosecliston or smugglers?

hi guys, im 16 years old and me and my m8s wana come to newquay for the summer but dont no where to stay? any recomendations? iv been thinking about rosecliston or smugglers haven iv heard soooo many different opinions about both of theses sites that i dont no hwere to go? has anyone been to any or both of theses sites??? how far are the sites from the beach and town?? whats the accomodation like????

please help

i stayed @ smugglers lst year wikid atmosphere! accomodation is basic, but what do u expect its guna b trashed by the end of the week!

From what i have heard Smugglers Haven is not the best place to stay. My friends and I have booked our holiday at Sunny Side (http://www.sunnyside.com) i dont know if this is any better but it looked nice!

Just about says it all about our teeny weeny touristy type visitors dont it...I worked at Smugglers 2 years ago n 'trashed' is an understatement...no respect

OK so I'm old n borin but I make no apologies...show sum respect n leave things as u find em...specialy t beaches

Rosecliston is really good....most capmsites are gona be basic dependin on what u pay for, last year me and 4 mates stayed in our own tents it was pretty cool and was necessary as we had f**k all money, this year were stayin in euro tent, bit more £££ but more comfy....in the end its whatever you can afford. i have heard good tings bought sunnyside, dont know anythin bout smugglers. it might be worth checkin out the camping links on this site.

Personally i always go on Hendra,mainly because more often than not i have my kids with me,and there is loads to do there too for them at night and stuff.plus we can go swim whenever we want and that.prices are obviously a bit steeper in the summer but you get quite a good site for that,i paid about £300 last year for 2 weeks in peak seasonfor me and the kids and my wife,hmm.we were in a 8 man tent.have stayed at trevelgue but unless your on your own with your mates or laydee it aint much cop for kids,or it wasnt?
anyone evr stayed anywhere closer to Crantock?

Last year me and my mate just drove down and went round the campsite TBH Smugglers and Sunnyside were both full off chavs/townies/yobos then we found Rosecliston Park It was great such a nice good relaxed atmosphere full of surfer dudes no drunk idiots anywhere! Was really good and we will be staying there again June 24th!!!!!!! Cant wait
