I will add those, and many others, but first I need to get there and take some photographs. I spent some time in Wales, took lot of shots, but did not have time to put them on. Now, I don't know how to sort out the material, as I forgot which photos belong to what beach, lol.

Hi Ivan,
Noted that you are the moderator and receiver of 'Comments Suggestions and Feedback', so I thought I'd try to contact you about the discussion we were having a couple of weeks ago.
A few of us were wondering whether it would be possible to buy members T-shirts, (vests for the ladies)relating to the site, e.g. SurfNewquay.co.uk.
I know it os probably a lot to ask, but quite a few of us are interested.
Please let me know

Secret is now out!! There is a plan for a T-shirt as we speak, but it will not be ready for this season. While on a subject, is there any particular design preference that you like, as in colour, size, cut, type of material, logo size, blah, blah, blah...
Man's tee's are easy, nice logo, baggy and comfortable. Ladies on the other hand..........ermmm..........so many variables.........oh, time for bed..........[and so he disappears into the darkness]
Also, I will add surfschool to the list tonight, alongside another one. Thanks for the info.
Cu all in Newquay this weekend

From a girlie point of view, my preference would be just a normal vest type (not string!) Any colour, logo any size.
Easily pleased me!
If you want just run some ideas by us. That ok?

seaslave1:
Thanks for that, and as soon as I get further info on the available designs, I will let you know. Any help in these matters is greatly appreciated.
Stormrider:
LOL, teddy is nameless at the moment. Has a happy home, but no name. I bought it as a prop for a game that I had to create, as part of my uni course. The idea was that we create a game using the Macromedia Director, which would than be given to the real autistic child. I was given two pages outlining the profile of 'my' particular kid. I decided to make a 'Football Number Game ', where child learns to count from 1 to 10. This is than followed by a short test, so if child guesses number correctly, teddy saves the goal kick. If answer is wrong, goal is scored, and child is presented with the same question to try again.
I tried to give teddy away as a gift, but this brought whole new issue of safety and so on. So I got to keep it, and now his (her maybe, need to look) images are being beamed across the globe.
If anyone wants to name him/her, go ahead.

I have a photo of a Newquay surfer on Fistral I'd probably let you use Ivan if this was any good, perhaps with a small credit???
On the subject of production, probably the cheapest way of producing a tee-shirt and offering the widest range of styles would be to print your own using blank shirts and inkjet transfers.
That way Surf Newquay could offer the several different styles as you wouldn't have to worry about minimum orders or being left with unused stock. You could just buy a t-shirt of a certain style on receiving an order and print it up yourself specifically to fullfill that order.
Don't know how durable T-shirt transfer method is though. Ink jet prints run but believe transfers are waterproof - but don't take my word on that!!!!!
Don't want any one streaking down the beach even if it is only their t-shirt thats doing the streakin'.

I think they will be ready in May. I want to make sure that garment quality is good, which is taking fair bit of time.
There will also be a 'girlified' logo for ladies t's, check it out below.
Men’s t-shirts are easy. In my little survey of some samples I have, 8 out of 9 blokes chose same t.
Ladies are completely different proposal. Out of 10 surveyed, 8 chose different garments. Hair pulling experience, hehe. I think I'll just choose something that I think my perfect woman would look good in.

Logo's ok, but what about the one at the top of the page. Surely it will cover all tastes. Am I being a nuicance again?
The diamond shape is ideal, (and I can even put up with the tin mine )
guess we'll take whatever you throw at us. Can you give us some idea how much they will be. Knowing me I will probably want more than one.
