Whats Camborne like as a town/city?

Camborne's nice and central, easy to get to Newquay, St Ives, Truro, Falmouth & Penzance. It's still very much cornish though which can get some getting used too, but still friendly. If you have a car then it's not a bad place to live as it's nice and cheap, rent, food, beer etc. Also handy for Gwithian, Porthtowen and Portreath for surfing. Plus easy to get to the south coast if anythings going off down there.
