Anyone fancy buying it?.

I'll swap it for France which I was about to buy & then resell to the MOD as a nuclear testing facility ....

It is strange HIPPS, I'll agree as it seemed busy even when things were quiet a few weeks ago. Makes you wonder what they know that we don't !?

By the way, I not heartless as I wouldn't dream of kicking all those people out of there homes over there

Got me flumoxed this has...the place is a real minter..all through this year (includin the early months) its been busy...20-30 peeps bein taught...morn n afternoon...£20 a shot...dunt take a mathematical genius to work it out dus it..G.Western beach has realy cleaned up its act n is the best its eva been now Reef are down there...the world moves in mysterious ways

One of the UK’s biggest surf schools has been put up for sale through Knight Frank, the estate agent, with a £2 million price tag.

Anthony Rowett, the owner, started his surfing school from the back of a camper van nine years ago. The business, in Newquay, Cornwall, includes Reef Surf Lodge, which underwent a £1.2 million refit last year. Its 18 bedrooms can house up to 109 guests and there are flat-screen televisions and CD players in every room. There is a restaurant and bar area, which has three 50-inch plasma screens. Smaller plasma screens set into corridor walls play surf videos. The price includes the Reef Surf Centre, which has a shop, and the Beach Café, which are all being sold as a going concern.
