Trenance Hotel Closed?

Hi,

Can't seem to contact The Trenance Hotel Newquay (where I stay for my annual hols).

Does anyone from Newquay know if its closed?

I hate to tell you this.But it has closed down,and is up for sale.With planning permission to turn it into apartments.Here is a link to it

Its a pity because it was the best Hotel on The Crescent in my opinion.

Nothing special but had double glazing which helps in summer as it can get noisy on the front.

Oh well, new hotel looks nice, not double glazed but a little bit further away so fingers crossed.

You will have to tell us what your new hotel was like after you have stayed in it AL.

If the Trenance Hotel is turned into apartments.If i had the money,i would not mind living in one of them.

Yeah the view is fantastic.

Last time I stayed there I had the room next to the hotel thats already closed below the Trenance (Walkabout side) and on the second floor.

The view was fantastic, probably the best in Central Newquay:

Pentire head is fantastic but so are the prices.

From what I've seen you need £1/2m for anything decent.
