Keona W's Summer Holiday
Well folks...today is the day that our good friend Keona has been waiting for for months...the day of departure for LANZAROTE 
sun, sand, sea, surf and most likely sangria...
he asked to keep everyone up to date on what he's up to - although i'll probably have to edit most things, you know what yorkie lads are like on holiday 
so keep checking back to keep up with his progress...apparently the surf forecast is 9ft so watch this space...
still to come...
- the flight...will keona make it through customs without a full body search?! 
- the arrival...that crucial first sighting of the sea

Safe flight buddy & have a good time (he says typing in his beloved home county) ...
I'll put five on the customs lads if you kick off though ... just don't mention the words 'petroleum jelly'
Looks like I'll have to keep an eye on the young hairy knuckled kid though as he thinks I don't have internet access here

well...i decided to give keona some tips for a safe and enjoyable flight and so after a rather alcohol-soaked flight, keona has made it
HOWEVER due to, and i quote, "excessive wine" on the plane the first day surfing has had to be cancelled why he hasn't done a BIG WEDNESDAY style session i don't know but our boy is being a lazy bum and lounging around the pool sunning himself - whilst still being drunk from the plane - in true surf bum style
the sage continues....

well gang,i made it.i flew and im still here to tell the tale.....and not a single rubber glove in customs
star will keep you informed i hope but so far its all been good,plus i managed to get some surf today.first time ive really bodyboarded and it was really good.as mentioned by star i wasnt really fit enough to get straight in ....must be the climate or summat but now ive sobered up...i mean...now im not so tired the surf will be treated to the usual keona spectacular falls and face first plummets.surfed today in just boardies cmon cayton catch up on the global warming for f***s sake!!!!
off now to sample local lagers and wines in the name of brotherly love and friendship,tomorrow....drunk in charge of a surfboard
Thanks TO Star for the reports,i ll keep you up to date mate,and thanks to you all for the good wishes.Got to say that although ive flown over 50 times,this flight was as worrying as they come....for obvious reasons....No not the terrorist plots....it was the fact i was flying from Scotland.Have you been in Glasgow at 4am ,scary stuff

just remind me star what you said would be an entertaining way of passing the flight 
looks like famara has got all the good surf so will be def heading that way,will keep you informed guys or should i say Star will keep you informed as Spanish keyboards are confusing and make my brain sore.Adios amigos.KW
