I would very much like to go Surfing at Fistral Beach at some point. I have one question; at what time of the year are the waves at their biggest? I don't mind whatever Weather, cold, warm, just at what time are the waves biggest?

Depends on mother nature my friend as I remember a few years back thanks to a large hurricane the waves were bigger than in the winter storms! Though these were rideable unlike the winter storms.

September to April normally sees regular waves as it has a tendency to calm down with the better Atlantic weather ... but not always ...
