Relocating to Newquay

OK, I've been thinking about it for ages and now I'm actually goona do it! And wouldn't mind some advice from anyone out there who's done it.

I'm 28 year old woman, who'd love to relocate to the sea and Newquay feels more like home than anywhere else.

I currently work as an events co-ordinator and thought I could put my skills to working in a hotel doing the same.

Wanted to know:-

Hows best to go about getting a job and a room to rent?
Are there any websites you could recomend?

ETC ETC

Would love to talk to anyone hows done it before x

Welcome aboard.

This is a very common question so if you use the search you should find lots to look at.

Job centre online is always good for jobs.

Clare,
Welcome to the forum.

There are certain people on here who have done just what you intend to do, however it wouldn't be fair for me to name them as its their choice to reveal this or not.

ILEE's advice is sound, but I would recommend that you do not move down until you have enough money for a deposit & two months rent minimum.
Plus I'd try to find & get the job first before moving.

Who were you doing events-coordinate for if you don't mind me asking?
