Folks, I know this is the surfnewquay site, but was wondering if anyone in here either lives in North Devon? Or has ever lived in North Devon?
Reason I ask is I was wanting to know decent areas to live - not too quiet (Croyde), not too Touristy (Woolacombe), not too run-down.
Somewhere my wife and I can get a decent house, job, and have some life and bit of hustle and bustle around us, and somewhere I wouldnt need to travel too far to catch a wave or two
I was looking at Braunton, but there doesn't seem to be too much going on there. Barnstaple is way too congested. I love Croyde but way too quiet.
