Moving to Newquay - any advice?

My boyfriend and I are looking into moving down to Newquay once the credit crunch has died down a bit. I'm just looking for a bit of advice really. I've got a Hotel and Tourism Management degree so I'm hoping I should be able to find a job there. We're looking to rent a house for the 2 of us not too far away from things but we both have cars so if we need to travel then we are able.

Any advice on things from anyone?

Welcome to the forum.

My first advice is use the forums search facility as your not the first or the last to ask this question.

In terms of property use the internet to find a local lettings agents & see what they have.

Work wise the same as above really use the internet to find job agencies, speak to the local job centre & when you come down look in the doors & windows of places as many put signs in the windows or cards in the local newsagents.

Good luck
