.....to any experienced surfers living in or around the St Ives area of Cornwall.

I've been surfing for a while now but I've seemed to hit a brick wall in terms of my progression.

My local break is Porthmeor in St Ives (I live opposite) & I also head to Gwithian when Porthmeor isn't working.

I'm basically asking if they are any experienced surfers in that area or near who would be willing to help me to another level.

I can catch, ride & turn on waves but I'm longing to progress now by doing moves etc, cut backs, small air etc.

I would be happy to pay a fee for the tution, I'd go to a surf school for advanced lessons but with the season now at an end, there are few of the experienced surfers there left (having gone away to warmer climates) thats why I'm asking any other locals or none locals remaining in the area.

If you or anyone you know of could help, I'd grately appreicate it.

I'm not a compete novice so it wont be starting from square one, just advancing & tweeking my surfing by learning moves.
