Try surfing first,if it dont feel right then try bodyboarding.

Theres a big difference with surfin though - once your up on the board your out of the water and it feels sooooo much better.
Feels like you've taken the wave, rather than the waves just pushing you along - still gives me a rush no matter what the wave is like

Feelin really good today cos I've just checked out the surf cams! a decent wave on the north!! Yey!
