Cool *** Any West Midland/Solihull Surfers out there?!?!?! ***

Hey guys!! Basically posting this thread, as I am from a place called Solihull, near Birmingham and there is a small group of 4 of us who love to surf from Solihull.... However, petrol is an issue etc and some of my mates cannot come down all that often as they are preoccupied with things like Rugby etc, so was wondering if there are any surfers in the locality of Solihull that would be up for some hardcore sessions at Watergate/Crantock/Fistral/Bude etc and that we can split petrol and car share etc? It's a bummer living in the centre of England, but next year will be different if I can help it ........

The sea has gone really cold around Newquay,so you will have to get a Winter suit.If you go to the Boardwalk surf shop, you might be able to find a really good second hand Winter wetsuit.I bought a great one from there, and it only cost me £40.

cool. cheers. i think i'll do that, might be a sound investment .

i am eager to see how different newquay is in the winter as well.- i love bodyboarding in the summer, but it sometimes gets abit too crowded for my liking.- not that i mind at all, because i love to see people trying bodyboarding etc, except when they crash into you -anyway, back to topic.

it'd be nice to have abit more space i think, and possibly bigger waves. i really cant wait. might not get branded a chav this time either- come on peeps!- the long hair for god sake!!!
