Video Coaching
Does anyone know what video coaching is? Has anyone tried it? Do you think it would help you improve your surfing?

I love the idea of video coaching, if someone tells you where you are going wrong or how you need to improve it doesnt have as much impact on seeing where you go wrong yourself. Plus the coach can point out the exact point where you are going wrong.

I think its a great idea.
