Surfing in May

Hello

Me and a friend are planning a mid-week surf and stay trip thing for the end of May. Partly because lessons are cheaper than June - August and also it's the best time for my friend to go. But will it be chilly and ghost town like?

Hello back !!!

With two bank holidays at each end of May, R.T.T.S (Run to the Sun) & the start of the <bloody>student influx it won't be quiet no !!!

Water temperature will depend on the winter we've had as some May's I have found the sea temperature quite nice & others still winter chilly ... so its up to mother nature
