Here the board has only been roughed out, not shaped yet, but it is a good look at the rocker. . .Keep in mind that the board is for big hollow waves . ..

I'm sorry but why have you drilled a hole in it??

I see my wife's been using my identity again . . . I make the boards, she makes the vids.

Anyway the hole is for a vent, as the board is hollow, trick is to drill a small pilot hole prior to glassing or resin coating otherwise the board heats up and blows pinholes through the resin.

Just spent another entire day hand sanding and resin coating, that's 26 feet of hard epoxy coated rail hopefully i'll look like Conan at the end of it.
