Nice.
How thick is the ply and how many layers of ply are there, is is double or single foiled.
Looks like you need to even out the foil at th ebottom of the leading edge and also add more foil on the trailing edge. use the layers of ply as your guild to get it nice and smooth
seal the fin with a thinned coat of sanding resin resin, add 2 layers of 6oz to the first side (the curved side if singel foiled) with lam resin.
Leave a good overlap and pull the cloth away from the leading edge so it doesn't quite touch and leaves a little space. hot coat the first side. when set flip the fins over.
Get some roving or glass rope. If you dont have this pull all the long strands from a patch of cloth (about 20-25 strands) tie a knot in one end to hole them together.
Wet out another couple of layers of 6oz. Soak the rope in resin then pull it thruugh the your closed fist (wear gloves) to squeeze out the excess resin. You should be left with what looks like a fat clear noodle.
Run the wet rope along the little gap then add the cloth other the top. workout any bubbles with your finger tips.
Hot coat the second side.
Cut it out with a jigsaw with a tuncsten carbide blade (looks like its covered in grit)
fine tune the edges and sand the fin all over and its ready to glass on
not the above fins still in the pannel in the middle of this repair job.
Hope that helps
