Must say ther is still a lot hanging about. regarding the 2003 festival. But with a little time and effort, and Google, anything is possible to find (exept my missing uncle Phillip in Ireland!)

To slightly correct my earlier post, I have found two dates. DONT PANIC.....if you have already booked. Its still the same week, but the dates I have found vary. My original date was 31/7/04 to 8/8/04, but Restormel Council states 2/8/04 to 8/8/04.

I am sure it will be the first date, running Saturday to Saturday and not Monday to Saturday, but at the moment it aint written in stone.

Please.................don't shoot the messenger!

Roxy, I would advise getting a Minimal to start with, I used to have a Surfers Paradise one a few years back at it was sooooooo easy to catch waves on. One around 7'2 - 7'6" should do the job. I wouldn't bother with the mass produced boards such as pop outs as they're crap IMO

If I remember correctly, if you go to the A1 surf web site (www.a1surf.com) and follow the community link, I believe there is a classified section on there in which people advertise surf gear and especially boards.

Be careful when buying second hand though - make sure you check for damage and if present that it has been repaired properly. If in doubt take someone experienced with you to view.

Alsone.
