Surf in Kent?
Just another quick post by me.
Is there acutlly any surf beaches with any waves at all maybe for beginners in kent?
Any at all that are worthy of the travel from Medway and surf?
Just sick of always waiting to get time off to come to newquay, Love newquay but just want and need more surf big time.

Joss Bay, between Broadstairs and Margate. Beach break, works ok with an easterly (off shore) after northerlys give it some swell. Also Stone bay in Broadstairs. Get some nice waves down the side of the harbour wall at Ramsgate (East side), but need a good swell. Also Folkstone harbour wall, and further south, camber sands (sussex).

Surf in Kent, normally I would have said the medical word for testicles which is bo**ocks !!! But sounds like YESFAN has seen it by what he has come out with.
Mind you, I wouldn't like to be in the North Sea or the Straits of Dover waiting to catch a wave

Gotta make the most of what you can get. But your medical terminology had passed through my mind many a time as I looked out over the sludgy brown English Channel begging for the slightest wave.........which explains why I leave my boards safely locked away in my garage in Cornwall whenever I visit.....lol
