Smile Moving to Newquay

My boyfriend and I are looking into moving down to Newquay once the credit crunch has died down a bit. I'm just looking for a bit of advice really. I've got a Hotel and Tourism Management degree so I'm hoping I should be able to find a job there. We're looking to rent a house for the 2 of us not too far away from things but we both have cars so if we need to travel then we are able.

Any advice on things from anyone?

Just expect low wages thats all. Competition for jobs is high especially in the hospitality industry so most only pay minimum wages.

In a county where many solicitors earn around £22K and IT specialists around £14K don't expect to see huge wages in hospitality even at management level.
