Question Anyone been to the Maldives.....

I'm after some advice on where to stay, It would seem that my usual approch to Rock up and find somwhere to Stay and surf on spec is not an option here, you have to have somewhere pre-booked before they let you thru customs....

Any advice would be greatly appreciated.....

Cheers
Jimbo...

Oh no, not planing another exotic trip!!!

I had friend who went to the Maldives, but that was a honeymoon job, which is worlds apart from surfing style mission.

Unfortunatly, not - no, this post was from the end of my last trip, My last port of call was to the Maldives before I came home... nice ending it was too!

No problem if you don't have anywhere booked, plenty of touts outside airport to sort you out...!

Next trip is to sunny north devon 11th - 14th March...

Then hopefully portugal later on in the year... anyone surfed there...? tips well recieved...!
