Practice safe parking with KeySafe

Practice safe parking with KeySafe

I watched with great interest the BBC Morning News report by Hywel Griffith aired 14th July 2005 and the more recent news reports with regards to British beach resorts experiencing a rise in car crime as opportunist car thieves target surfers while they are out at sea. The cunning robbers watch where beach users hide their car keys before hitting the water.
In addition, I was contacted by Newquay police and asked to warn all beach-goers about this criminal practice and increased risk.
What do you do if you have battery operated car key and can't take it to the water? There might be a solution. Let me introduce you to the GE manufactured range of KeySafes which can be fixed to the chassis or wheel arch of any motor vehicle for the safe storage of keys.
KeySafe is a small vault with a mechanical push button combination lid. They are available in a variety of sizes for the safe storage of a cross section of keys. KeySafes are supplied complete with a fixing kit and a weatherproof neoprene cover.
For more information and pricing, visit KeySafe web site.

has anyone bought one of those rash vests that come with the waterproof pocket you can use for your car keys?

If anyone's tried one could you let me know how well it works?

Happy surfer without having my keys stolen

Hi dudes,

I recently discovered this cool product called Shurlok, it has a shackle, so it can be fixed easily to the cars tow hook or what ever.

I brought one, it's fantastic. I think the web site was www.hideakey.co.uk and best of all it's was only £19.95. 1/2 the keysafe price.

cheers dudes
