'Pat Faughender, just 16 and already a professional surfer, glances nervously at the runway at Terra gallery South of Market Thursday night and walks onto the stage. "Here we go," he says with a laugh, and with a flip of the hair, he struts ahead.
"Show us your muscles!" yells one woman in a revealing crop-top shirt, standing among hundreds of fashion designers and collectors as hip-hop streams from all corners of the Harrison Street venue.
