Big name surfers beaten at women's pro

'Reigning world champion Chelsea Georgeson and current world No.2 Melanie Redman-Carr were upset in the opening round of the women's pro surfing event in Hossegor, France.
Georgeson finished last in her three-woman heat won by fellow Australian Jessi Miley-Dyer while Redman-Carr finished behind Brazil's Silvana Lima and French wildcard Pauline Ado.
The fifth event on the World Championship Tour, the Rip Curl Pro Mademoiselle, started in clean 1.5 metre waves but the wind turned on-shore and organisers called a halt at the completion of the first round...'
