'SHE'S the ultimate beach babe, regularly snapped looking gorgeous in a bikini. But movie star Cameron Diaz spends so long at the seaside because she says surfing is therapeutic.
After her recent split from singer Justin Timberlake, the Californian beauty hit the waves in Hawaii. Some people have compared surfing to sex but Cameron wouldn't go quite that far, although she admitted: "Well, it's definitely a spiritual experience.
"It's the closest you can be to mother nature. It's sort of a source bigger than all of us."
And she definitely finds it therapeutic, adding: "It's very spiritual and the water is so cleansing."
Hawaii could almost be a second home to Cameron as she is there so often...'
