'Legendary surf film Point Break will have an Asian-based sequel, 16 years after it was a surprise Hollywood success.
The film will be written and directed by Peter Iliff, who wrote the first movie, and answers film fans' main question about the 1992 hit: Did Bodhi die?
The original film starred Keanu Reeves as an undercover FBI agent who infiltrated a surfing gang, headed by Patrick Swayze as Bodhi, suspected of committing armed robberies.
The film's climax was a confrontation between Reeves' character and the "spiritual leader" of the thrill-seeking group, which saw Bodhi escaping custody to surf a giant "killer" wave at Torquay's Bells Beach. In reality, the scenes were shot in the US...'
