Fairly good beach break best surfed from low to mid tide as high tide breaks over the rocks. Peaks are to be found along its length but it is very exposed to wind. It picks up lots of swell and it is good alternative to escape summer crowds in Bude. Good for beginners at low to high tide and in smaller conditions as bigger swell creates strong rips.
From A39 follow signs to the beach. There is a National Trust car park from where you need to walk for couple of minutes to get to the beach.
High season: Lifeguard service in high season only, small food bar with coffee shop.
