Returns policy
Items can be exchanged or refunded within 10 days of the date of delivery. Please send the item(s) with your initial invoice to the following address for a full refund excluding delivery charge:

We will refund you according to method of payment.
If you have paid by credit card using PayPal, we will use same method for a refund.
Please note that we cannot refund or exchange any items that are used or damaged by customers. Please note that Surf Newquay does not cover the cost of returning goods.
We would recommend that all goods are returned using either a recorded or special delivery. In the case of a lost packages, this will allow you to track your parcel. Surf Newquay will not be able to refund you if a package does not arrive at our offices.
Please could you write on the back of the invoice to indicate the reason of you return.
Refunds are made within 15 days after the return of goods.
