North West facing, Westward Ho is also known as Pebble Ridge. It is fairly long and spacious beach break that produces both left and right rolling waves along its length which works fairly well at all tide stages. It is not as popular with surfers as the other more known nearby spots like Croyde and Woolacombe. Good for beginners.
Take the B3236 from A39 (Bideford area) which will take you to the town itself. Westward Ho is a small town so finding your way around should not be much of the problem. Easy one-way road system access to the beach. Car park is situated right in front of the beach.
